In exclusive footage by TMZ Nicki Minaj was heard cussin' out diva Mariah Carey. In the video she was shouting " I told them i'm not f*ckin' putting up with her.... highness over there" 

Nicki is clearly furious ... shouting, "I told them I'm not f*ckin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there."

Sources also claim that she stated she would knock Mariah out before the video begins. 

It seems everything kicked off after they disagreed over an audition.

Nicki Minaj was totally stunned on Thursday evening when she picked up the Best Female Video award at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. 

The Barbie Queen picked up the award wearing a skintight black and red bodysuit with lighting effects built into the costume. She won the award for Starships and needless to say she was totally stunned when picking up the award.

Then guest performer Nicki Minaj also did her thing on the track, with her bright yellow hair and hooded get up. The crowd loved it, the VMA's took place at the Staple Center in LA last night.
