There has been so much drama in the past few weeks surrounding the Jackson family. The latest piece of gossip from the Jackson camp is that Katherine Jackson has been reinstated as guardian of Michael Jackson's children. This comes after Tito Jackson Jr was given temporary custody of the kids when Katherine took a trip to Arizona.
A Los Angeles Judge granted TJ custody in Katherine's absence. However, now guardianship has been handed back to Katherine. She will be sharing her responsibilities with her grandson TJ as co-guardian of the children.
Katherine previously stated that she upset that she had been stripped of her guardianship in her absence. However, she seems to have had a change of heart after agreeing to shared guardianship. In a hearing this morning the judge reinstated her guardianship until August 22 when another hearing will take place. This will be to determine whether or not to make the ruling permanent, according to reports by TMZ
A court investigator stated that Katherine is doing a great job caring for the children, he also stated that the children love TJ Jackson and are happy for both of them to share guardianship.
