We Just had to salute the great Usain Bolt after he won the 200m final in London last night. He beat the two young hopefuls Yohan Blake and Warren Weir to take the crown with a winning time of 19:32. It was an amazing display of strength and tenacity and you can't help but be inspired by this amazing young man. The Jamaicans came in with the gold, silver and bronze. Which was a wonderful display of team solidarity. We love you Usain and keep inspiring the young ones to do better. Thumbs up!

It is not a secret that Beyonce is a very private person, she does not reveal too much about her personal life. However,  according to the LA Times the award winning singer and songwriter plans on releasing a documentary about her life. The documentary will give fans a  rare glimpse into her life since giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy. It has been reported that Beyonce and her agents ICM have been pitching a non-fiction film to Hollywood studios. It has not been confirmed but we really do hope it happens!

There has been so much drama in the past few weeks surrounding the Jackson family. The latest piece of gossip from the Jackson camp is that Katherine Jackson has been reinstated as guardian of Michael Jackson's children. This comes after Tito Jackson Jr was given temporary custody of the kids when Katherine took a trip to Arizona. 


A Los Angeles Judge granted TJ custody in Katherine's absence. However, now guardianship has been handed back to Katherine. She will be sharing her responsibilities with her grandson TJ as co-guardian of the children. 

Spice Girls: Will They be Reforming for the Olympics

                                  

There have been rumours that the Spice Girls will be reforming for the Olympic closing ceremony. However, these rumours have not yet been confirmed. Victoria Beckham recently added fuel to these rumours by tweeting a pic of a sparkly microphone. Next to the image she wrote "Look what I found !!! x vb." The image has caused lots of Spice Girls fans to get pretty excited about the possibility of a reunion. Is it true? Well we will just have to wait and see!
