We Just had to salute the great Usain Bolt after he won the 200m final in London last night. He beat the two young hopefuls Yohan Blake and Warren Weir to take the crown with a winning time of 19:32. It was an amazing display of strength and tenacity and you can't help but be inspired by this amazing young man. The Jamaicans came in with the gold, silver and bronze. Which was a wonderful display of team solidarity. We love you Usain and keep inspiring the young ones to do better. Thumbs up!
